*  Saved Searches, which allow you to keep your searches for reference at a later time.  You can easily maintain lists of properties that match your criterion without having to re-enter any information.  There is no limit to the number of searches you can save.

*  Favorites Folder, which allows you  to save individual listings that you find appealing.  You can save favorites from different searches into sub-folders, giving you the power to organize your favorite listings however you see fit.  This is a great way to put in order those specific listings that interest you most.  You can save as many favorites as you wish.

*  New Listings Notification Service, which sends you new listing updates by e-mail.  You can set it up for any saved search.  That way you don't have to go back to the site looking for new listings.  All you have to do is decide whether you want daily, weekly or bi-weekly notifications.



 All you have to do now is give me some basic information (if you want) and then click on "submit" below!  Once you get there, click on "Save to Favorites" in your browser so you can get back to the search easily.
